We have The Holy Fair with Armed Forces and Pipes in the Park event on Ayr Low Green on Saturday 18th June 2022. We are actually extending this event into Sunday 19th June 2022. Would you be able to provide a quote for the following: The set-up starts the Thursday prior so we would need the following: Thursday 16th June - 2pm - 8pm - 1 member of staff Thursday 16th June - 8pm - 8am - 2 members of staff Friday 17th June - 8am - 8pm - 1 member of staff Friday 17th June - 8pm - 9am - 2 members of staff Saturday 18th June – 5pm – 8pm – 1 member of staff Saturday 18th June – 8pm – 9am – 2 members of staff The set-up days on Thursday and Friday includes building the stalls, marquees etc. The actual event days are Saturday and Sunday. That are the dates and times we need to be covered however feel free to adapt shift patterns and numbers required the way you think is best.
