Hi I would like to request a quote for the design, installation, commissioning and ongoing maintenance of a fire detection and alarm system of a private residence, Lower Teddington Road, KT1 The system is required as a condition of home insurance renewal, and the insurer has specified the following: - BS 5839 Pt 6: 2019, Grade A - Category LD2, plus detection within the roof space - EN54 compliant dual path (DP2) signalling to an Alarm Receiving Centre, configured to generate a Fire and Rescue Service response - Maintenance at least annually The insurer requires the system to be designed, installed, commissioned and maintained by a company accredited under BAFE SP203-1 in all four modules. Could you please confirm that you hold accreditation for all four, and that you will issue a BAFE Certificate of Compliance on completion? I would be grateful if your quotation could set out separately: 1. Survey and design 2. Installation and commissioning 3. Annual maintenance contract 4.
