About the Business
Guardian is a long established specialist security and fire business. We have been trading, uninterrupted for over 25 years, installing and maintaining security and fire systems throughout the South East.
A lot has changed at Guardian since its early foundation. We now offer the benefits of a substantial, mobile engineering work force supported by an experienced, senior management team. We deliver a broad range of security services across our customer base and have installed over 8000 systems.
In 2006 Guardian achieved the National Security Inspectorate’s Gold level accreditation, which is the highest within the Security Industry. This confirms our status as a premium supplier and reflects the quality and reliability of our staff and processes.
NSI Gold status also entitles us to work closely with all Police and Fire services and a broad range of governmental and educational services as well as commercial customers.
As part of our growth, we have also undertaken selective acquisitions. The resulting increased scale has improved our geographical coverage for customers.

The security of your business is important but dealing with it can be distracting. We recognise this and aim to make it as economical as possible for you in both time taken and money spent.
We reduce false alarms and the disruption they cause by installing and maintaining quality equipment to the highest industry standards.
On the rare occasion there is a problem we know you just want it sorted as quickly as possible and with the minimum of fuss. That’s why we offer maximum 4 hour response times and aim to be there a lot sooner.
Good service is what separates us from the crowd and how we deliver that is our never ending challenge and focus.
One way we do that is by focusing our coverage on London and the South East. From our base in Canterbury, Kent, we are careful not to over stretch our resources and this helps us keep our service levels as high as possible.
