LondonI wish I could give zero stars. Their intercom system for residents was defective for years and many people missed deliveries. Then, when I went to move out of the building and requested to remove my contact information from the system so the new owner could be added, I was initially quoted £40 to make the simple phone number swap. Once I paid, then the number was inflated to £48, then it was inflated to £96... more than double the original quote. Why should ex-residents pay to be removed from the system? This, frankly, may be in breach of privacy and GDPR regulations. This company is horrendous. Avoid if possible.
